Compliance archive

DGII and Norma 06-04 require retaining e-CFs and their signatures for at least 10 years. ERPly Pro does this automatically via S3 Object Lock COMPLIANCE (US-EP-08).

Guarantees​

  • Immutability: Object Lock in COMPLIANCE mode — not even root can delete before expiry.
  • Retention: 10 years + 6 months of margin.
  • Encryption: SSE-KMS with a per-environment CMK; automatic rotation.
  • Cross-region replication: us-east-1 → us-east-2.
  • Audit: every PUT records requestId + correlationId in CloudTrail.

Access​

Tenants will be able to download their archives via a signed endpoint (coming soon, US-EP-13). In the meantime, audit requests are handled via support and delivered via S3 presigned URL with TTL ≤ 7 days.
